By accessing this website, creating an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout these Terms, “Ion Tiger”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ion Tiger Co Ltd.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

You may use iontiger.shop for lawful purposes and to purchase products for personal or otherwise lawful use.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website functionality or use our content or services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device and display settings. Minor variations in appearance, packaging or presentation may also occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and selecting the appropriate size, colour and quantity before placing an order.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on iontiger.shop are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

An order is subject to:

• successful payment;

• product availability;

• verification of the information supplied;

• fraud and security checks where applicable; and

• acceptance by Ion Tiger.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Electronic payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

Ion Tiger does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card information where that information is processed directly by an authorised payment provider.

Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

7. Product Availability

Products, colours and sizes are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve stock.

Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative, replacement or refund where applicable.

Products marked Coming Soon are not considered available for immediate purchase or delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Free Delivery

Ion Tiger currently provides complimentary standard delivery on eligible purchases made through iontiger.shop to eligible addresses in Mauritius.

Our current logistics and fulfilment provider is SkyNet Worldwide Express – Mauritius.

We aim to have orders delivered within 48 hours following order confirmation and successful payment.

The 48-hour period is a delivery target rather than an absolute guarantee. Delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, cyclonic conditions, accessibility, incorrect customer information, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Fulfilment

Ion Tiger may use third-party service providers to store inventory, pack orders, dispatch products, deliver orders and process authorised returns.

Our current fulfilment and delivery partner is SkyNet Worldwide Express – Mauritius.

The use of a fulfilment provider does not change the fact that your purchase is made from Ion Tiger Co Ltd.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Ion Tiger does not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.

Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 5 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions contained in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

An eligible customer-requested size exchange involving collection and redelivery is subject to a Rs 200 Collection & Redelivery Fee.

Different arrangements apply where an item is defective, damaged during delivery or where an incorrect product or size was supplied due to an Ion Tiger or fulfilment error.

Please read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy before requesting a return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Mauritian law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on iontiger.shop, including the Ion Tiger name, logo, trademarks, product names, technology names, designs, photographs, graphics, text, website content and other brand assets, belongs to Ion Tiger Co Ltd or is used with appropriate permission.

This includes Ion Tiger brand elements such as Magnetik Wick™, Copper-Matrix™ and Performance Core™, where applicable.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• may not be combined with other promotions;

• may have an expiry date; and

• may be withdrawn or changed before an order is completed.

Products purchased during a promotion remain subject to applicable rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep iontiger.shop available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, upgrades or other operational reasons.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ion Tiger will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Information necessary for order fulfilment may be shared with authorised service providers, including payment, hosting, technology, analytics and logistics providers.

The version published on iontiger.shop at the time of use will display its latest revision date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

Any dispute shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable Mauritian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities of Mauritius.
